
HOW WE TRAIN
You don’t need endless techniques to defend yourself. What matters is a solid foundation in grappling, striking, and connecting everything through consistent practice and repetition. Confidence is built through controlled sparring and realistic scenarios that simulate street chaos as closely as possible. Training includes a variety of attack scenarios, weapon defense, and applying techniques against real resistance in a safe environment.
ABOUT THE TRAINER
Eldad has trained in martial arts since childhood, with competitive experience and nearly a decade of teaching Krav Maga and martial arts. He holds a 2nd Dan black belt in Dennis Survival Jiujitsu, a purple belt in BJJ, and broad experience in Boxing, Kickboxing, and MMA. Certified Krav Maga instructor under the Israeli X-Fighting organization and martial arts instructor by the Wingate Institute. In addition, he has professional experience in the security field.

FITNESS & CONFIDENCE
Training places strong emphasis on physical fitness because without it there is no true self-defense. The ability to fight and protect yourself also depends on strength and conditioning developed as an integral part of the training.
